The Role

TimelyCare is currently seeking a Business Development Representative (University Partnership Coordinator) with a hunter mentality to be responsible for sales activities including prospecting, meeting setup and support, top-of-funnel awareness, and pipeline acceleration. This is an opportunity to be a key member of the revenue team shaping the experience of TimelyCare's suite of tools. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, business operations, and business development teams.

Location

This is a remote position, reviewing candidates across the country.

What You'll Do
  • Set and ensure high-quality meetings that advance the sales pipeline.
  • Implement and refine best practices for prospect engagement and meeting conversion.
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to create, test, and build best practices & playbooks.
  • Strategically plan and prioritize your territory, messaging, and target segments.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Leadership to meet or exceed targets and metrics.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align targeting efforts and streamline lead qualification, ensuring an efficient sales pipeline.
What You Bring
  • Proven success in setting qualified meetings with high attendance and conversion rates.
  • Experience in Higher Education Sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and Gong is preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating via email, on camera, and on the phone across multiple platforms.
  • Courageous, confident, and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent verbal skills: clear, confident, and professional speech.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting tailored messages that resonate with senior prospects.
  • Highly organized to manage various programs effectively.
  • Desire for a career in sales is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on education and experience. Discretionary bonuses and incentive commissions are also available and will be discussed during the interview process.
