- Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, networking, and other channels.
- Build professional relationships with school district leaders and other decision-makers.
- Create and support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule discovery meetings and provide clear, complete opportunity handoffs.
- Maintain accurate prospect, communication, and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Conduct timely and persistent follow-up with prospective clients.
- Use technology and research tools to work efficiently and improve results.
- Track outreach activity, prospect engagement, qualified opportunities, and other performance measures.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and service teams while independently managing daily priorities.

- Extremely tech-savvy: You are comfortable learning new systems and working across CRM platforms, email tools, spreadsheets, online research tools, marketing platforms, and other business technology.
- Experienced in sales and marketing: You understand prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, relationship development, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Organized and accountable: You manage multiple priorities, keep accurate records, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
- Persistent and professional: You are comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, and handling objections.
- A strong communicator: You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in writing and conversation.
- Results-oriented: You understand that success is measured through execution, qualified opportunities, meetings, pipeline growth, and new business.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, lead generation, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Strong proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through.
- Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week in our office during regular business hours.
- Reliable transportation and consistent ability to report to the office.
Experience working with K-12 schools, special education, professional services, or school district leaders is preferred but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means independently maintaining a consistent outreach rhythm, keeping CRM and pipeline records accurate, building trusted relationships, and generating qualified business opportunities. The successful candidate will be proactive, comfortable with technology, accountable for results, and able to move work forward without close supervision.
If you have meaningful sales and marketing experience, enjoy using technology, and are confident working independently, we encourage you to apply.
