Role Summary

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. As a frontline player in our growth strategy, the BDR will execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with decision-makers and drive qualified leads into the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and outreach tools.
  • Develop and manage outbound campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and solution fit.
  • Set up discovery calls and coordinate handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Stay informed on trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and enterprise IT solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech or consulting).
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about enterprise IT solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
