Vice President & General Manager of Sales - Onriva | Driving Record Growth, Innovating Travel Industry

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help drive new business growth for our corporate travel platform. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment and has a passion for travel, technology, and building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
  • Lead consultative discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Represent myRiva at virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or travel technology
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and closing net-new business
  • Familiarity with corporate travel, TMCs, or marketplace solutions strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
