About Us:

Premium Merchant Funding is a leading finance company specializing in small business lending for high-risk businesses. We are looking to hire for our new Aventura Office!

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses by identifying and nurturing potential clients, initiating valuable conversations, and creating sales opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to join the team of a top performer opening their own office. To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be willing to train at our headquarters in NYC till the office opens on September 15th
  • Work a 9:30am-9:30pm Schedule M-Th and 9:30am-5pm Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Qualification: Assess client needs and fit for our financial solutions.
  • Advocacy: Educate potential clients on our services.
  • Closing: Master sales techniques and manage your sales cycle.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Performance-based pay (OTE $80,000 - $150,000 in the first year, 300k year 3, 500k- 1M year 5)
