Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to sell OTIS ONE equipment and subscriptions within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include proactively calling on existing customers to support the OTIS ONE platform, partnering with Account Managers to generate leads and revenue, and developing new business opportunities.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, market research, and networking to create OTIS ONE opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect, sell, negotiate, and close contract deals focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver effective and tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Develop OTIS ONE strategies and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase OTIS ONE opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
  • Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline.
  • Provide OTIS ONE consultation, technical advice, and develop business through customer contacts and relationships.
