Hi, we’re Conveyor creators of the first AI Agent platform for Customer Trust.
We solve problems that our customers “hate with the fury of 1000 suns” (actual quote!) - the dreaded customer security review and RFP processes. These are key parts of the B2B sales cycle, but both still involve too much time, effort, and mental anguish from those involved.
Enter Conveyor, where our mission is to eliminate all of the misery from B2B customer trust with maximum automation. We’ve made a lot of progress – we raised our Series A, have an awesome customer list whose lives we’ve significantly impacted through product, and our LinkedIn presence is quite literally on fire. But we have ambitious goals and we’re looking for our next Business Development Representative to help make them a reality!

About The Role
We’ve experienced the tremendous demand for generative AI and we’re looking for a new team member to join us and help us build our outbound pipe gen motion. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in building and optimizing our outbound sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage outbound activities to generate outbound meetings and opportunities across target accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to build and optimize a repeatable outbound pipe gen playbook
- Partner closely with our Marketing, Operations and AE teams–your learnings and feedback will be critical to our growth and long-term success
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of outbound pipeline generation experience in a fast growing software company
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
- Experience working with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise accounts–you can navigate multiple personas to find inroads into an account
- Sales skills: You are organized, come prepared to meetings, build rapport, listen, ask great questions, and move forward with urgency
- Work ethic: You are responsive, work hard, stay organized and things don’t slip thru the cracks
- Enthusiasm: You’re passionate about building. You are open/real about challenges while staying positive through adversity
- Coachable: You want to improve and identify areas for your development and implement feedback quickly to improve
- Collaboration: You share ideas and feedback to help others perform at their best
- Adaptability: You adapt to change quickly and are comfortable experimenting and testing new processes
