Servers.com is on a mission to simplify the complexity of global IT infrastructure. With data centers across the globe and a reputation for unbeatable service, we're expanding our U.S. sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to connect with IT leaders and open doors to meaningful partnerships.

This is a permanent full-time position with a base rate of $80K - $85K annually (hourly, overtime eligible)
Responsibilities:
Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Engage with CTOs, IT Directors, and infrastructure decision-makers to uncover business needs
Craft compelling messaging across platforms to stand out in a crowded market
Use social media and online tools to personalize outreach and build relationships
Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance
Represent Servers.com at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups
Meet and exceed individual sales development targets
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a tech-driven or B2B environment
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets in a performance-based setting
Strong communication and storytelling skills – written and verbal
A curious mindset and excellent active listening/questioning skills
Motivation to thrive in a high-growth environment with uncapped potential
Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving sales landscape
Bonus Points for:
Experience in IaaS, SaaS, cloud computing, or other tech industries
B2B sales experience targeting technical buyers
