Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative in Ventura, CA, on-site, to drive new business growth across North America. The role offers compensation of $115,000–$200,000+ annually, with base salary plus uncapped commissions and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or technical sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, project managers, and executive decision-makers.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
