This entry position offers a $60,000 base salary with an uncapped commission structure and a first-year earning potential of $100,000+, plus benefits like health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or staffing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and in-person sales meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person sales visits
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and hiring managers
• Identify workforce needs and provide customized staffing solutions
• Sell HireQuest Direct’s staffing services across industries including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through client acquisition
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue goals
• Collaborate with branch operations teams to deliver excellent customer service
