Job summary

Power Dry is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Columbus team. You will identify new referral partners among plumbing companies and insurance agents, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive enrollment and revenue targets.

In this role you will host Lunch & Learn sessions, promote the Power Dry brand, and maintain relationships with partners while using CRM tools to track leads and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to build referral partnerships.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and establish new referral relationships with Plumbing Companies, Insurance Agents, and Other Contracting Companies; Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with prospecting, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
• Relationship Building & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary contact for new referral partners; maintain consistent communication and value-added touchpoints.
• Education & Brand Promotion: Plan Lunch & Learn sessions; represent Power Dry at networking events; promote brand through face-to-face interactions.
• Reporting & Performance: Track leads and activities using CRM; participate in weekly sales meetings; meet and exceed monthly enrollment, job, and revenue targets.
