Signarama Silver Spring is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business and reconnect with past customers in the Stafford area. You will identify prospects, reach out by phone and in person, and nurture relationships to grow our local client base.

You'll prospect, schedule appointments, collaborate with the sales team on proposals, and follow up on marketing leads. A base salary plus commission, with health insurance and ongoing training, are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and persistent, with outbound calls and in-person visits.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Curious problem solver who listens first and sells second.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve measurable results.
• Experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales preferred.
• Experience in the sign industry or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities
