Job summary

Fidelity Mechanical Services in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our HVAC service sales by building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying service agreement opportunities.

You will conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and tailor Service Agreements while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals through proactive, world-class service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements in the commercial HVAC industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service agreements.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
