We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to build and qualify our sales pipeline from the ground up. In this role, you’ll take ownership of outbound lead generation — researching prospects, crafting cold outreach, and booking intro calls with decision-makers. You’ll be a critical part of our go-to-market motion and the first human touchpoint for many of our future customers.

Prospect & Research: Build lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools to identify ideal customer profiles.
Outbound Campaigns: Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to engage prospects.
Qualify Leads: Run discovery, qualify interest, and schedule meetings with the founding team.
CRM Management: Keep records clean and organized in our sales systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Feedback Loop: Share insights from prospect conversations to help refine messaging and product positioning.
Iterate & Optimize: Collaborate with the team to continuously test and improve outbound strategies.
1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B SaaS business development
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and sales outreach tools
Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable with rejection — you know how to keep momentum going
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-changing, early-stage environment
Experience in an early-stage startup or GTM team with limited structure
Prior exposure to the leadership development or HR tech space
Comfortable with outbound video prospecting or social selling tactics
