Born from personal experience and professional insight, our founding team includes a patient, a surgeon, and a therapist. This diverse mix drives our bold, user-focused approach to healthcare innovation. We’re building a platform that goes far beyond an app: it’s a motivational, data-driven system that personalises care and rewards patients for sticking with their treatment.

We’ve won Innovate UK funding to build the first rewards-based physical rehab platform, including brands like Amazon and Adidas. Our product is already live in the UK and US, with operations expanding into China.

Now, we’re looking for a business development representative to help us grow our presence in the US market - someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities and starting meaningful conversations with potential partners.

About the Role

This is a hunter role - perfect for someone who loves building from scratch, prospecting, and opening doors with US healthcare organisations. As we’re still pre-revenue, this role is all about lead generation and early engagement rather than closing deals.

You’ll be the tip of the spear - helping us build a pipeline from zero, shaping how we approach potential clients, and feeding valuable insights back into our team.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential healthcare prospects in the US
  • Build and manage outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Generate qualified leads for the founding team to nurture
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound interest
  • Articulate our value proposition to different types of healthcare stakeholders
  • Track and report on lead generation activities using CRM tools
  • Help refine our go-to-market messaging based on feedback from the field
  • Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to improve targeting
