About Arka

Arka is on a mission to eliminate waste in ecommerce and logistics by making packaging smarter.

Our platform uses AI to optimize packaging decisions - saving brands money, reducing

environmental impact, and streamlining operations for 3PLs and warehouses. We're backed by top

investors and work with some of the most innovative DTC brands and logistics partners in the world.

What This Role Is

This is a commission-driven sales and business development role with no cap on earnings. Youll be

responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and converting high-potential ecommerce brands, 3PLs,

or warehouse partners into active Arka customers.

Youll work directly with the CEO and help shape the outbound playbook as we scale. If you perform

well, theres a clear path toward a full-time strategic sales or partnerships role.

What Youll Do

- Prospect and qualify ecommerce brands, 3PLs, or warehouses that need packaging help

- Pitch Arkas platform and services via email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, or referrals

- Book qualified calls and help guide leads through our sales funnel

- Maintain records and updates in HubSpot or our internal CRM

- Follow up, track deals, and help close alongside CEO or senior leadership- Refine messaging based on customer feedback and market signals

Commission Structure

Youll earn 10% of the customers annual packaging spend (as long as were profitable above 10%

margin).

Example:

- A company doing $10M in revenue typically has ~$1M in product cost

- Theyll spend ~10% of that ($100K) on packaging annually

- Your commission = $10,000 from that one intro

This is a conservative estimate - actual packaging spend can be higher, especially for premium or

custom-focused brands.

Youll also earn:

- Tiered bonuses for multiple deals/month

- Bonuses for successful pilots with 3PLs or large accounts

- No cap - the more you bring in, the more you earn

- Someone with experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or referral-based business

- Comfortable with rejection, persistent with follow-through

- Curious about ecommerce, logistics, sustainability, or supply chain tech
