Job summary

Verstela is seeking a sales-focused role to drive staffing solutions in Aurora, IL, onsite. You'll conduct daily calls to local businesses, visit clients, and partner with hiring managers to tailor staffing solutions. You'll interview candidates and mentor jobseekers to help them succeed.

• At least two years in a client-facing role.
• At least two years in a position with monthly quotas or sales goals.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.

About the Role

In this role, you'll make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers.

You will:

Pay

$28.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
