You’ll visit referral sources, attend events, host informative sessions, and track progress with CRM tools while collaborating closely with sales and service teams for a smooth customer journey.

What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Manager you'll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR-connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market. You'll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.
