Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) - Katy, TX

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Attracts new and maintains existing customer relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email (is aware of social selling index via LinkedIn).
  2. Engages with decision makers (including executives) during the buying process.
  3. Targets higher quality leads and leverages existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
  4. Acts as a market leader through connections with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups.
  5. Engages in pre-call planning using market research to understand customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong understanding of customer priorities.
  6. Provides consultative account management, post-sale support, frequent contact, and follow-up.
  7. Leads strategic market-related conversations with customers and presents or upsells additional products based on client needs.
Your Attributes:
  • A vivacious attitude, competitive spirit, and love for challenges.
  • Ability to build relationships with all organizational levels, including C-suite, VPs, Directors, Managers, and peers.
  • Capability to grow a book of business in your local territory based on sales ability and business acumen.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding weekly goals through innovative methods such as Lead Generation, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to creatively utilize Employbridge's technology to reach clients and prospects.
