Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the organization's client base and referral network
• Leverage LPN clinical expertise to build credibility and trust with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to meet organizational growth goals

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Knowledge of healthcare referral processes and the local Glendale/Phoenix metro market a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
