Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in Arizona.
  • Experience in quality assurance or a related healthcare role preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in EHR and healthcare management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
