Project New Generation LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Service Director RN to lead our Glendale, AZ home health operations. The role focuses on clinical excellence, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a growing organization.

You will oversee daily operations, drive regulatory compliance, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with physicians and families to implement comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of home health or clinical management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and CMS guidelines.
• Experience with OASIS documentation and home health billing processes preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for occasional field visits.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations and standards.
