Job summary

Gray West Construction is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in industrial and manufacturing markets from our Orange County offices, with a hybrid option to work remotely in some cases.

The role centers on building client relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to expand the company’s market presence. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in securing, building and nurturing relationships in the Industrial/ Commercial construction industry.
• Proven track record of prospecting, pursuing and securing repeat opportunities with national customers.
• Develops and maintains the sales pipeline and prepares proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve growth goals.
• Maintains professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manages the sales opportunity pipeline from initial contact to proposal.
• Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with managers.
• Represents the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Overnight travel may be required.
