Job summary

SelecSource is hiring a Business Development Manager to own new business generation across Savannah, Vidalia, Pooler, Dublin, and nearby communities. You will hunt for clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with Savannah/Vidalia branches to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B sales, strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, and a proven ability to upsell major clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales; 2+ years in business development is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold-call, and upsell major clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy across Savannah, Vidalia, Pooler, Dublin corridors.
• Prospect and close new business, build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Attend local events to build visibility and warm introductions.
• Sell staffing services and upgrade major clients for expanded wallet share.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure fulfillment capacity matches sales.
