Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Business Development Manager (Education, Workforce, Solutions) for the West region to drive regional growth in healthcare workforce and education solutions. The role is remote and focuses on expanding market reach by partnering with health systems and strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to shape go-to-market strategies, support pipeline development, and manage expenses while pursuing revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in medical imaging or healthcare workforce solutions
• Proven success in selling imaging, workforce, or remote clinical service solutions
• Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS, contract labor, and outsourcing models
• Experience with pricing strategy, proposals, and commercial planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of advanced imaging technologies and remote workflows
• Clinical imaging technologist background in MRI or CT required

For our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager(Education, Workforce, Solutions)- West to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive regional business development across workforce and education-related solutions, with a strong focus on expanding market reach in healthcare settings.

You will partner with health systems and strategic accounts to shape go-to-market strategy, commercial planning, and revenue growth while maintaining disciplined expense management.

The position also requires close collaboration across sales, marketing, and operational stakeholders to analyze market trends, strengthen partner strategies, and support pipeline development.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,800 – $186,725 annually
