Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Business Development Manager – Crop Protection to accelerate growth across North America. You will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive commercial launch from concept to delivery.

The role requires collaboration with R&I, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory teams, strong market insight, and a willingness to travel across North America to engage customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, agronomy, or related technical discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in business development, technical sales, application development, product management, or commercial roles within crop protection.
• Strong understanding of crop protection industry, formulation technologies, customer requirements and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities in collaboration with customers and R&I teams.
• Lead customer-driven innovation projects from opportunity identification to commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to advance projects toward commercialization.
• Develop & expand strategic accounts and support commercial implementation.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform NA growth strategy.
