Job summary

Farmers Business Network, Inc. is seeking a Sr Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory activities for Crop Protection products in the US and Canada, including EPA and PRMA submissions. The role oversees timelines, budgets and cross-functional coordination with regulatory consultants.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with evolving federal and state requirements, support product development, and act as a regulatory partner to multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Agriculture or equivalent with EPA registrations experience.
• Strong understanding of Canadian registration processes.
• Minimum 5 years regulatory experience in CP, fertilizers, biostimulants, feed additives, chemicals or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory strategy for Crop protection products planned for Canada and USA.
• Oversee EPA and PRMA submissions and manage the submission workload with consultants.
• Track submission due dates, agency responses, and regulatory costs.
• Coordinate label preparation and review.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams and external partners.
