The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for a General Contractor. This role requires a motivated professional who excels in relationship‑building and has a strong understanding of the sales process in the construction sector.

Our client is a General Contractor with over 35 years of experience building throughout Florida. They have a solid reputation for delivering quality results and are committed to fostering growth and innovation within their team.

Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property and construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to secure profitable business deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.
Profile
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a General Contractor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
