Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the business services industry. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead teams effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Base Pay Range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Supervise and lead project teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
