Base pay range

Responsibilities
  • Project planning, resource allocation, cost control, schedule management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management.
  • Alignment with the Project Lead on goals, approach, and responsibilities; maintain strong connections throughout the project.
  • Oversee and direct the project team; review work and resolve project challenges and issues.
  • Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.
  • Manage the change order process from initiation through execution.
  • Oversee job cost reports and provide monthly cost projections (WIP).
  • Serve as the primary client contact, in coordination with the Project Lead.
  • Overall management of the project(s) in collaboration with the project team(s).
  • Collaborate to review estimates and contract documents, understanding unique project aspects.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry leaders to secure future work and maintain community reputation.
  • Interpret company procedures, policies, and business practices in depth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Construction management or engineering degree preferred.
  • Supervisory and training experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore (preferred).
  • Well organized and structured work habits.
  • Strong focus on detail and quality.
  • Strong communication, presentation, motivation, negotiation, analytical, judgment, and reasoning skills.
