ServiceMaster Elite Cleaning Services in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a driven Business Development Manager (Janitorial) to expand our commercial cleaning offerings. You will generate leads, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and build lasting relationships while representing our trusted brand.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales experience (entry-level with strong drive will be considered).
• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM.
• Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication + presentation skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, research, and cold calls
• Schedule and run meetings with decision-makers
• Build strong relationships and represent our brand professionally
• Present solutions and negotiate service agreements
• Scope projects and prepare estimates
• Maintain accounts and perform customer service/quality checks
• Track activities and pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Plan and forecast monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Stay aware of industry trends and competitor activity
