Ozion develops software that helps airlines, service providers and airports manage complex operations, improve efficiency, control costs and deliver better passenger service.
Headquartered in France, we are expanding our presence in the Americas. We are looking for a commercially driven salesperson who can turn a strong product, established operational experience and emerging partnerships into new customers and recurring revenue.
This is a hands-on sales position. You will personally prospect, qualify opportunities, demonstrate our intelligent solutions, develop proposals, negotiate and close business.
Your initial focus will be Vialto, our intelligent platform for wheelchair and assisted passenger services.
Vialto connects predictive planning, live dispatch, workforce coordination, service monitoring, reporting and full integrated billing. It helps service providers manage delivery, airports oversee performance, and airlines gain live visibility across their assistance network.
You will sell to three connected customer groups:
You will also develop opportunities through strategic partners.
You have a record of personally winning B2B technology or software customers. You can explain which opportunities you originated, how you developed them and what you did to close them.
Ideally, you bring:
Relevant experience in workforce management, dispatch, operational systems or other complex service environments will also be considered.
Previous people-management experience is not required. Evidence of selling matters more than title.
You are comfortable opening doors and asking for business. You listen carefully, qualify honestly and maintain momentum through a complex sale.
You take ownership of outcomes, keep commitments and work consistently between conferences and customer meetings. You can operate independently while drawing effectively on colleagues in France and North America.
You understand that building a market requires both disciplined prospecting and long‑term customer relationships.
Develop strong product knowledge, agree priority accounts, establish a consistent prospecting rhythm and create qualified opportunities with clear customer needs and next steps.
Demonstrate ownership of the territory through customer discovery, demonstrations, commercially qualified proposals, credible forecasts and progress toward signed business. Deliver initial wins where purchasing timelines allow, supported by an evidence‑based pipeline.
Build recurring revenue, win reference customers, expand successful deployments and establish a repeatable approach to acquiring customers across the region.
Targets will be agreed around territory potential, deal values, purchasing cycles and available resources.
We offer fixed compensation combined with meaningful performance‑based incentives linked to new business.
You will work directly with senior leadership and receive support from our product, technical and implementation teams.
As revenue and the regional business grow, there is an opportunity to progress into Director of Sales Americas, help recruit the team and take broader responsibility for building the organisation. Progression will depend on demonstrated commercial results and leadership capability.
You must be based in the United States and authorised to work there. This is a remote position requiring regular travel to customers, partners and industry events, with occasional international travel.
