Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a Business Development Manager in the United States (Columbus region) to drive new business and build a strong client book. You will lead the sales process, attend events, and nurture relationships to grow the BluSky client base.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 with commission-based OTE of $50,000 to $160,000. This role requires travel up to 100% within the assigned region and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience; restoration industry preferred.
• Must be able to attend networking functions in the evening and weekends.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales activities into a CRM platform.
• Valid driver's license.
• Outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand existing business relationships to increase lead generation and average job size.
• Locate, present to, and sell BluSky to new prospects.
• Maintain membership and involvement in targeted associations and achieve leadership positions.
• Support all BluSky sales efforts by following our established sales process.
• Document business development activities using Salesforce.
