Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing IT staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape and proven experience in selling staffing solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships, and to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Prospect, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, procurement teams and HR
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.
  • Work with internal recruiters to align client needs with qualified IT talent.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
