We are working with a leading medical device manufacturing client that is seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth by building new relationships with Medical OEMs and Pharmaceutical companies. This is a strategic, high-visibility role centred on expanding the company’s footprint in electronic medical device manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Focus – Sell the company’s contract manufacturing capabilities to Medical OEMs and Pharmaceutical clients.
  • New Client Acquisition – Proactively identify and engage target clients to establish new business opportunities.
  • Growth Strategy – Create and deliver customized manufacturing solutions to position the company as a preferred partner.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through to contract closure.

Key Requirements:

  • Must Have – Experience selling contract manufacturing services or EMS directly to Medical OEMs.
  • Industry Sales Experience – Proven track record in medical device contract manufacturing sales, ideally in electronics.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to lead complex, consultative sales cycles and drive long-term client engagement.
  • Location & Mobility – Remote U.S. position, with 35–40% travel expected.
