  • Propose and where appropriate or relevant, develop strategic partnerships.
  • Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
  • Research and identify new markets.
  • Provide advice on product development, distribution and promotion strategies.
  • Conduct presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
  • Present business or marketing opportunities to company management.
  • Work lockstep with the marketing team.
  • Target buyers: Installing contractors, end users as business owners, facility management, architects

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development experience within the epoxy or resin industry (commercial based sales experience)
  • Existing contact list/book of business (must have 5+ accounts with multiple sales for each contact)
  • High School Diploma


Nice Haves

  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales reps
  • Experience building sales strategy for new product launches


25% Travel will be expected in this role.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
