SearchPointNY in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. The candidate should have 5+ years in BD, RFP, or proposal writing within professional services, marketing, or legal firms, and must demonstrate strong writing skills.

Responsibilities include drafting pitches, supporting attorneys after events, researching prospective clients, and tracking pitches. A Bachelor's degree is required; MS Office and CRM experience are preferred.

Actively seeking a Business Development Manager for a Fulltime and Hybrid Role. This role is suited for a candidate with 5+ years of experience working in Business Development, RFP, or Proposal writing within a Professional Services, Marketing, or Legal firm. Strong writing skills is a MUST.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM PST

PAY: $156K - $200K (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 5+ Yrs in a Marketing/Business Development Role in a Professional Services/Legal Firm
• Extraordinary attention to detail, and oral/written communications skills
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Additional Knowledge in Database, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support attorneys post-events, including targeting of attendees, follow ups
• Preparing and drafting pitch materials and RFP responses
• Research prospective clients, Firms, industry specializations
• Edit, assemble, proof, and distribute final proposals
• Maintain pitch tracking
• Contribute to the development of strategy and implementation of business plans
• Monitor and report on market trends and issues
