Job description

Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking an experienced Legal Business Development Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Hackensack, NJ.

Job Details

1. Develop business development strategies and create detailed plans
2. Perform and present research on leads, competitors, and market trends
3. Work collaboratively with PR to update legal directory submissions
4. Continuously update and improve marketing materials
5. Create presentations, pitch decks, and RFPs
6. Identify and solicit new business opportunities
7. Salary Range: $100-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 5+ years’ experience in Business Development or Marketing at a Law Firm
3. Must have CRM experience
4. Strong research and presentation skills
