Actively seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time and hybrid role. This role is suited for a candidate with 6+ years of experience in Business Development, RFP, or Proposal writing within a Professional Services, Marketing, or Legal firm. Strong writing skills are a MUST.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Location: Hybrid | San Francisco or Silicon Valley Area

Pay: $156K - $192K (commensurate with experience)

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 6+ years in a Marketing/Business Development role in a Professional Services/Legal firm
• Knowledge of Private Equity, M&A, Tax, Banking/Finance, and other practice areas
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with various administrative groups
• Experience with databases and administrative tasks

Role Responsibilities

• Point person for all business development and marketing opportunities in the Dallas Office
• Support practice group leaders in developing and implementing client development plans
• Produce pitch materials, responses to RFPs, and directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
• Coordinate practice area communications
• Manage client BD and entertainment events
• Handle office budget and financial planning materials
