Solutions Metrix is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive account-based growth in financial services, researching priority banks and credit unions and converting their needs into qualified opportunities for CRM, data, and transformation services.
This role emphasizes strategic account development over high-volume outreach, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Client Partnerships and executives to build credibility and pipeline.
Business Development ManagerPosition summarySolutions Metrix is hiring a Business Development Manager to build and run our account-based growth strategy in financial services. You will research priority banks and credit unions, reach the right decision-makers, and turn their needs and transformation plans into qualified opportunities for our CRM, integration, data, and business transformation services.
This is not a high-volume sales development role. Success means creating access, intelligence, engagement, and qualified pipeline in the accounts we most want to serve. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Partnerships, executive leadership, and our technology partners.
We measure account development and pipeline, not activity alone:
You want to understand how organizations work and where their real problems are. You turn public information into useful intelligence and talk about business issues, not just products. You are persistent without being repetitive and credible with senior leaders at banks and credit unions. You also work well with Sales, Marketing, consultants, leadership, and partners, stay organized across many accounts, and own outcomes. A growing company with an evolving go-to-market suits you.
The role sits in Revenue Operations and connects market development to active sales. The goal is more than booking meetings. You help Solutions Metrix Identify → Understand → Surround → Engage → Convert → Expand priority accounts, so our sales and consulting teams start conversations with more context, more credibility, and a better chance of winning.
