Title: Business Development Manager – Material Handling Equipment

Compensation: $90K–$120K+ OTE | Uncapped Commission | Car Plan | Full Benefits

Base pay range $80,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Hunt New Logos: Cold call, knock doors, and get creative. You’re the tip of the spear.
• Sell Solutions: Not just forklifts. You’ll pitch service agreements, rentals, automation tech, and more.
• Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.
• Learn the Industry: Master material handling, warehouse workflows, and GP-based selling.

Who You Are

• A gritty, self-starting hunter who knows how to open doors.
• Comfortable working your territory like it’s your own business.
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• B2B sales experience (especially selling to industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing customers) is a plus.
