Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support a specialized product line within the power systems and diagnostics space. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, ensuring successful onboarding, and maximizing product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing end-to-end support through implementation, integration, training, and beyond.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure product adoption and satisfaction

  • Drive implementation processes and coordinate with technical teams

  • Represent client needs internally and advocate for product improvements

  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling or expansion

  • Ensure full lifecycle client support and account retention

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management

  • Strong working knowledge of databases, networking, and security

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
