Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support a specialized product line within the power systems and diagnostics space. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, ensuring successful onboarding, and maximizing product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing end-to-end support through implementation, integration, training, and beyond.
What you will be doing:
Manage client relationships and ensure product adoption and satisfaction
Drive implementation processes and coordinate with technical teams
Represent client needs internally and advocate for product improvements
Identify and execute opportunities for upselling or expansion
Ensure full lifecycle client support and account retention
What you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years in customer-facing technical roles (support, customer success, or similar)
3+ years in business development, sales, or account management
Strong working knowledge of databases, networking, and security
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
