Position: Business Development Manager – Western U.S.

Location: Nashville, TN or Remote

Reports To: SVP of Business Development

Type: Full-Time

About Healing Innovations:

Healing Innovations is a medical technology company specializing in the neurorehabilitation robotic market. Our primary product, Rise&Walk, is a first-of-its-kind 3-in-1 rehabilitation system, designed specifically for inpatient neurorehabilitation settings. As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a skilled and driven Business Development Manager to manage and expand our market in the western United States.

Role Overview:

This Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. The sales process is consultative and typically involves extended sales cycles (6–24 months), requiring consistent relationship-building and strategic follow-up. The role reports directly to the SVP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline information within HubSpot CRM.
  • Travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth implementation.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to independently manage the entire sales process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • The most likable person in the room.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and capable of effectively managing a remote sales territory.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and meeting performance targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally involving healthcare or capital equipment sales.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with physical therapy, neurorehabilitation, or inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
  • Experience with the VA
  • Residence within the western US (preferred, but not required)
