Position Overview:

Mission Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Professional Services Staffing Division. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships across industries such as finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative services.

This is a client-facing, sales-driven role that requires a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of the staffing industry, and a passion for helping organizations meet their talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the professional services space.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.
  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met with high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to better position Mission Staffing’s services.
  • Track all client interactions and opportunities using internal CRM and reporting systems.
  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry functions to represent Mission Staffing and expand our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a high level of professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
