Job description

Summary:

One More Time is the leading independent VIP service provider for touring artists. We handle hundreds of VIP programs for all types of touring entities from club to arena level. We’re looking to grow our team by bringing on a Business Development Manager. This is a multi-faceted role, a self-starter that is positive, solution minded, communicative, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment . In this role you will support head of sales in maintaining current business along with acquiring new and developing business.

Responsibilities:

  • VIP package creation & budgeting
  • Building out meaningful VIP programs for artists and fans
  • Creating and maintaining a transparent budget
  • Internal settlement review based on proposed budget
  • Liaison between Head of Sales and clients
  • Maintaining outreach to current & prospective clients
  • Having a general understanding of the marketplace I.E. trending artists, ticket pricing, and merchandise
  • Internally siloing information based on the projects at hand

Requirements:

5 years music industry experience is preferred, ideally at an agency, management company, or promoter ,that involves familiarity with live touring and or ticketing.

  • Strong excel and math proficiency
  • Strong computer and Internet skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills, along with a passion for accuracy and proactive problem solving.
  • Must be flexible to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Some travel required
