Job Description:

ProAssert is looking for an experienced Business Development or Sales Executives / Manager with proven track record.

  • Cold Calling potential staffing clients in USA ,Canada.
  • Experience min 2 Years to 3 years into Sales / BD.
  • Lead Generation Activity, Relationship Management.
  • Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
  • Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working for night shift.
  • Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
  • Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
  • Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
  • Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
