Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business with medical device and medtech clients.
• Understand client workflows from e-labeling to MDR compliance and position Sesen as partner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape global product launches and regulatory submissions.
• Represent Sesen at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
• Stay ahead of translation, regulatory labeling, and medical technology trends.

Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, life sciences-savvy Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client growth in the medtech and medical device sector.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow a book of business by developing relationships with medical device, digital health, diagnostics, and medtech companies
• Understand client workflows, from e-labeling to IFUs to MDR compliance, and position Sesen as the partner of choice
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape custom solutions for global product launches, regulatory submissions, and patient-facing content
• Represent Sesen at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
• Stay ahead of industry trends in translation, regulatory labeling, and medical technology innovation
