Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $75,000/Year + $1,000 Monthly MVA + Commissions Program

This is a full-time salaried management role based in Milwaukee, WI.

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on uncovering sales opportunities, building relationships with your team and prospects, and establishing a long-term career in a growing industry. Your goal is to achieve success that leads to increased protection of commercial properties and recognition as a local security solutions expert.

You will develop your business plan to maximize your unlimited commission potential, propose, present, and close sales, and aim to qualify for the annual all-expenses-paid Gold Club trip, with your efforts potentially earning you a national ranking.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Outside Sales:
    • Selling guarding services and integrated solutions within your assigned territory.
    • Working both in-office at the Milwaukee branch and in the field via door-to-door sales.
  2. Long-cycle Approach:
    • Maintaining long-term B2B relationships.
    • Consistently following up on new and existing opportunities.
  3. Local Territory:
    • Traveling around Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Northern Illinois.
    • Participating in networking activities to support business development.
  4. Resources:
    • Utilizing provided and self-generated resources to promote solutions.
    • Applying skills in time management, communication, presentation, customer service, and team collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $75,000 base salary with uncapped commissions
  • Projected earnings: $150k+ in Year 1; $200k+ by Year 2
  • $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
