Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our outside sales territory in Pennsylvania, including Carlisle, Lebanon, and Camp Hill. You will prospect new B2B opportunities, win new business, and build lasting client relationships.

This role requires travel across the local territory (60–70% field-based); this is not a remote position. You will present workforce solutions, negotiate terms, and onboard new accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• A passion for prospecting and building new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.
