Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our outside sales footprint in the Sarasota, FL area. You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, present workforce solutions, and close new accounts.

This role requires 60–70% travel within the local territory. You will partner with recruiting and operations to deliver exceptional service while earning uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary.

Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Douglasville market. If you're a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
